I thought I would pass on this to you guys…… keep up the good work!

The windows crew were fantastic guys. They are very hard workers who didn’t take much time off for coffees or lunch the entire 2 days. They worked fast and efficientely and were totally respectful of me, my family and the needs of my dogs as well. They closed doors behind them wherever possible, wore the little booties religiously every time they came in and out of the door. They worked quickly and carefully and cleaned up enough monday night so I could put my car back into the carport and totally swept and cleaned up at the end of work on Tuesday.

I cannot say enough good about them. They were terriffic and the windows are so incredibly amazing. The house is quieter all around. Such a huge difference. I don’t want to even put blinds up now as they are so nice to look at.

So please give them HUGE CUDOS from me. I think they rock !!!!

 In 2010 our family home needed new windows. Knowing that windows are generally expensive I decided to obtain a larger number of quotes than I normally would have. Being in the real estate business as an appraiser for many years I knew most window suppliers. I had received multiple quotes before a friend, who is 40 years in the construction industry, suggested that I try Windows West.  I talked to Richard who indicated that he was opening this new window business after many years in the industry working for others. The quality of the windows impressed me and the price was very competitive. In fact, their quote was about 50% better than another company which sold the identical windows!

I was a little nervous about the idea of dealing with a new company. I didn’t want to be the customer that had to suffer the company’s learning pains. Anyways, I gave them a try and, boy, was I impressed. The service was excellent, there were no problems or mistakes and the windows were exactly what I had asked for. I’ve attached several photos of our windows.

I heartily recommend Windows West!  I could not have asked for a better product or service. Most visitors to our home have commented on how attractive the windows are and now one of my neighbours’ want some for their home as well.
