The Windows West Experience

Your customer experience should be something you want to tell all of your friends about. We at Windows West strive to make this experience as smooth and simple as possible.

Step 1: Booking an Appointment

When you call our helpful office staff or request a quote online from Windows West, a friendly, knowledgeable representative will be able to handle your questions as well as find a convenient time for the professional sales associate to come to your home for a free appointment. Once the appointment is set you can relax without worry. We will have someone phone the day before your appointment in order to confirm that you are still interested in having the professional sales associate visit.

Step 2: The Appointment

During the appointment, your professional sales associate will take preliminary measurements of your current windows. He/She will then show you samples of our windows, as well as present all of our different styles, designs, and options for your custom-made windows. Once you have decided on your favorite features the professional sales associate will then calculate the total cost of the project. This process may happen right there in your home, or depending on the complexity of the job, may take a day or two.

Step 3: Measurements

Once you have chosen the design for your windows, a Windows West approved installer will be sent to your home to take a final measurement to ensure the highest quality and a perfect fit for your new windows. These measurements will then be sent to our manufacturing facility.

Step 4: Manufacturing Process

At our manufacturer your windows are built according to your specifications. This process will take approximately 3-6 weeks from the manufacture of your windows to their arrival at our warehouse. You can rest assured that your windows are of the highest quality as our manufacturer offers excellent warranties on the glass as well as the frames and sash. If 3-6 weeks seems like a long stretch, don’t worry, your professional sales associate will keep you informed of the progress of your windows.

Step 5: Installation Process

Installation will happen approximately 1 week after your custom windows arrive in our warehouse. One of our helpful representatives will schedule an installation date that is convenient for you with one of several trained and authorized installation crews. These installation crews are friendly, courteous, clean, and operate with the same level of professionalizm that you you have come to expect from Windows West. They will respect your home as you have chosen to respect the environment by choosing energy-saving windows that are not only contributing to a greener future, they also enhance and beautify the look of your home.
